
Not just our own internal staff but customers in all parts of the industry too: fabricators, installers and sales teams just to name a few. Training sessions at the Ultraframe School of Excellence are run daily by our dedicated Training Manager or customers can choose to have a mobile training unit visit them at their premises if they prefer on-site training.
An office based technical support team are on hand every day to offer guidance and support for any queries that customers may have about our conservatory roofing systems - from which system to choose for a particular job through to on-site queries. If this dedicated team can't help to resolve a query by phone then an Ultraframe surveyor will visit the site to offer advice and share their in-depth knowledge.

Each of our customers has their own Account Manager to keep them up to date with the latest products and services at Ultraframe and provide them with a point of contact for any queries they may have.
Each customer is also provided with a dedicated contact that they can reach by direct dial, e-mail or fax.
If required we can arrange for on-site assistance to show new customers the details we require when placing a first order and if assistance is needed for technical queries our dedicated technical support team are always available to answer queries by phone or make site visits if necessary.
